Best bag to carry the ESENCE FM ?
| roro | Hello, Has anyone found a good bag to carry the synth ? |
| TobyB | I have mine in a flute software... |
| TobyB | Soft case! (Autocorrect!) |
| roro | oh useful idea... do you have a specific model you can share ? |
KODAMO![]() | https://www.swanflight.com/roland-v-synth-xt-carry-case.html I think any case made for the Roland VSynth XT will be perfect for the EssenceFM (MKII, not the MK1 which is larger due to the fixed rack ears) Disclaimer : we haven't tried it, it is just a guess because of their similar form factor Also it was discussed on another topic you can check here : https://kodamo.org/forumtopic166 |
Telum Atramenti![]() | I know it's an old thread but if anyone is wondering what a good bag will be, here are the 2 I've used. One is a Samsonite "Air Canada" cooler shoulder bag. Another is "Cool Stream" backpack cooler. Why coolers? Lots of soft padding and they don't let in rain. Do throw in a desiccant baggie from a medication bottle (or 2) if you live in a humid climate to prevent condensation. the amount of space is ideal, plus - lots of other compartments for accessories like cables, etc. Although if I do manage to fit EssenceFM into my portable Eurorack cabinet, it will travel more securely inside the hard case I have for it and for my mixer.
