DX7 Level Envelopes

Javelin276	Posted on Fri 21 Aug 2020, 05:49 PM Hi Guys, You've mentioned that the DX7 patch import utility isn't quite what you want it to be yet, that it's because the envelopes are different between the Essence and the DX7. I see a LINear/EXPonential option on the Pitch envelopes. Would it help importing DX7 patches if you had the same option on the Level envelopes?
KODAMO	Posted on Fri 21 Aug 2020, 11:21 PM Hi, The same option is already here on level (volume) envelopes, the biggest problem when importing DX7 patches is to match durations and other values that aren't linear. LFO speed across the whole range is also quite hard to get right. DX7 import is not the priority but we'll improve it on next firmware updates
