Update 1.6 for Mask1EX MK2

A little announcement, firmware 1.6 is ready for Mask1EX MK2 users: https://kodamo.org/firmwares?synth=mask1exmk2
It adds MIDI Thru capability, and a way to easily disable FXs.
These are the only changes, so update only if you need those features 😉
