Quality insurance

Each unit is individually calibrated and fully tested before leaving the factory. This includes proper velocity response calibration for each key, good aftertouch sensitivity, proper range and precision in the pitch bend and modulation wheels. Making synthesizers is a business but also a passion, so we put extra care when assembling your unit.

Shipping

The MASK1 is very well packaged, secured with thick foam blocks for a safe shipping.
Package dimensions are 101 x 39 x 27cm for a total weight of 10.2kg.
If you order outside Europe, VAT is not applied but shipping costs are more expensive.

Power supply

The provided power supply is universal, it takes any AC voltage from 100V up to 250V.
