Anyone know about warranty transfer? (or not)

Hi all - various financial pressures mean that i have to sell my Kodamo Mask (may be able to buy again in the future, but not now). I bought it from Kodamo, directly, earlier this year. Does anyone know if the warranty is transferable with the original invoice/receipt? Some music tech companies do (e.g.Thomann, Absolute Music), some don't (Juno, Scan etc). Thanks!
