I don't think bothering him all the time for a release date will make it happen any time sooner...I know we all want more and more updates but trust me, this devel is super responsive, try getting in touch with korg or yamaha or roland... I had a waldorf kyra which waldorf sent on a dead rail after having bought it from Mr. Caballero, with a firmware which labelling as incomplete is really an understatement, and I know what an abandoned and incomplete synth is... and essence is not it, not even close... Give them time... |

We're not putting them down or anything, just wondering if it's close and what would this update include. If they are working on it, then there should be no issue to spend a little time off and on and update their email / community etc.I know things take time and I am sure they will deliver like they have in the past :) |

I was just curious what’s in store and excited because I’ve read about some neat potential features. I am one of those people who often buy synths and then sell or trade them after some time because I quite enjoy exploring these tools and I enjoy the technological developments. I’ve kept the essence fm because it’s a very special piece of equipment but there are times I consider trading it because I do that with all my gear however I always decide to keep it and trade off something else. For someone like me, knowing what is in store with the update might help one decide to continue working with the essence fm and I think it might also help people who are considering purchasing it. Anyways no pressure and thanks for making a really unique instrument. |
