Delay Cutoff resets?
Jazz Paladin | Is there anything that would cause the midi synced delay to reset to zero in the cutoff parameter whenever I start playing my midi files? The end result is that the effect always sounds “off” when I start playback. I can of course modify the value during playback to get it to sound right, but if I go back to the beginning of the song, the parameter always resets to zero for cutoff. I see it quickly spike to 127 then zero when playback starts, if that helps. Thanks! |

KODAMO | Hello, Your MIDI file probably sends some reset message or effect CC at start (maybe that's your sequencer doing that too) Use Global > MIDI > Filters to filter out "FX Parameters" CC to prevent that. If the problem is caused by a MIDI Reset command, that needs to be fixed on the sequencer/MIDI file side. |
