Send program change

dstengle	Posted on 31 Oct 2021, 02:12 PM It would be nice if the unit would send program changes when switching. I could then catch it on a device like an mpc rather than having to reverse engineer each time. It is different for every synth depending on structure and sending it makes it easier.
KODAMO	Posted on 01 Nov 2021, 12:09 AM Usually the sequencer sends all the required intialization stuff to external gear. Having the sound module (the EssenceFM) doing that seems weird. Maybe other people can give their opinion/advice about that ?
korhanerel	Posted on 02 Nov 2021, 07:54 AM This would allow switching programs on the effects units or synths connected to EFM. Please don’t assume EFM will always be used with a sequencer. It would have been very nice if my effects pedals could switch to the appropriate patch when I change to a different performance on the EFM
