Reaction and some feature suggestions

I've had the mkii for a few weeks. It's truly a unique and very high quality instrument, and the UI/UX experience is no short than genius.
It's very inspiring to explore and try out new sound creations and although FM can be very unpredictable, weird, and mystified, the enjoyable and immediate UX design just makes it fun.

Additionally, this synth is probably the cleanest/quietest synth I have ever owned. I wish more developers will decide to develop synths with fully balanced/isolated outputs!

I do have some suggestions after making a dozen or so sounds and explored almost all the features:

- Ability to turn on/off voice sequencer mode so that a sound can be dual purpose
- Voice sequencer to cycle notes when plying polyphonically and not just play all the notes simultaneously
- If I make a change in a layer or voice within a patch and then go back tot he patch level there is no indication that the patch as been altered. Maybe a different symbol than an asterisk to signify this.
- To be able to solo the operator and modulator as a unit..right now if I want to listen to just the connected operators I have to mute the rest. It's sometimes easier if it was possible to solo the connected operators.
- Maybe having a user list of vol/pitch envelope topologies for quicker programming

That's all for now :)

Can you elaborate on this ? Voice sequencer controls everything including the initial Note On for layers, so disabling it would mute the patch.

Yes, like a classic arpeggiator. We'd like to add that

The asterisk is already shown in layer list of the patch. Do you want to suggest a different solution?

Agree. We need to find a way to do it though, there is no empty space for a new button

Could be useful. Although it's so quick to make/copy envelopes, I don't know if adding a new button then selection menu would make it really better
