Barbi89 | I can't use the effects as well from the different presets as when I try to create my own sound. No matter how much I switch from one effect to another, nothing happens and the sound remains constant. |

| Jazz Paladin | Have you turned the balance up on effects? It defaults to zero I think , so you even if you switch effects , it won’t sound until balance is altered. |
| Barbi89 | Yes, I had raised the scale to 100 but without effect. I finally did a reset and it's back in order. Thank you for your help |
KODAMO | You probably had the "FX Disable" global setting enabled, factory reset resets this to default |
