Standalone Effects
Jazz Paladin | So I just wanted to throw this out there because I think it would be worth the investment. But after using the Mask 1 and comparing it to a lot of different other “digital” devices, I have found that the unit is able to fake analog sound quite well with its filters and effects. For reference, I have pitted it against the Elektron Analog 4 MK II, Waldorf Iridium , 3rd Wave and more. And the Mask 1 can easily match the grit of all these. Not every synth I have can get this sound, which is why I still keep the synth unlike many others that I sell, but I would love the capability to be able to run some of my other synths and sounds through Kodamo effects. Could something like this be an option for the future? |
